We make various products and services available on this site including, but not limited to, providing various hardwood products for resale by various other entities that purchase same from us. We do not sell directly to the public but do make the products available to distributors and/or retailers who both sell and, at times, install, the products. We do not own or control such distributors and/or retailers nor do we warrant their performance. We do warrant, as described herein, the products that we sell to the distributors and/or retailers. You are responsible for selecting an appropriate retailer to purchase the products and/or install them at your location. We will provide lists of those retailers but it is up to you to conduct your own investigation of the retailer so as to assure yourself of obtaining the products and services you wish.
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the site, including any of the site's features, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.
